The International Conference in the field of automotive engineering was held on April 14 – 15 at the hotel ‘’Crowne Plaza’’ in Belgrade.
JUMV – The Association of Automotive Engineers in Serbia, headed by Prof. Čedomir Duboka kindly invited authors from different parts of the world to present the latest results of their innovative scientific and professional activities and contribute thereby to the general topic related to traffic safety.
ECAP sponsored this gathering and its organization headed by Prof. Čedomir Duboka was on an enviable level. About 40 works were presented at this gathering and there were over 100 participants. More than half of the presenters and authors came from over 20 different countries and from 4 different continents, whereas the rest of the participants were from Serbia.
All participants were fascinated by ECAP’s presentation, by which Mr. Jakov Peković, the chief training coach at the school centre, acquainted engineers in the field of automotive industry with the opportunities offered by the education centre in Ripanj.
The joint vision of ECAP and JUMV is to increase awareness of automotive professionals through technical education of the significance of being acquainted with systems in motor vehicles, because in this way whenever we undertake any intervention on vehicles, we jointly have an impact on increasing traffic safety.
